eTranscript FAQs

Please note: All orders placed are final.  Orders cannot be recalled or refunded after an order is submitted by the student. eTranscripts are valid for 30 days. If the recipent 没有打开电子成绩单，则需要重新下订单. 

• What is an eTranscript?

• How do I receive the eTranscript? What do I need?

• How is the eTranscript delivered?

• Can I forward the eTranscript to someone else?

• How long do I have to download the transcript?

• How do I check the status of my order?

• What is third party ordering?
